Thanks for all the phone calls today although the rest may not get answered until tomorrow. Marta's pretty tired from the days events. The Surgery on her right forearm went as well as can be expected this morning. The Slocum Dr's were able to remove one of the metal bars, approximately 6" in length from the outside of her right forearm. The second, on the interior, will probably be left there forever.

While removing the screws, nuts & plates the Dr's were also able to grind down some of the fused wrist bone hoping to return a slight bit of motion to her right wrist. Pretty sore for now but we should be back at it in a few days.

I guess the good news is we just about have enough stainless steel piece's back in hand to make an unbelievable wind chime that will never rust. I shiver at the cost !!!!!!!

Thanks for caring.

Ed
