Hi there, hope you're all doing well. Ed and I just got back from Phoenix, Az with a group of friends. We went down there to watch the Ducks play football. Overall, it was a great experience. It's another one of those "firsts" for me after the accident. My biggest fear was all of the walking (would my prosthetic leg work okay, etc) as well as going through airport security.

Luckily, everything went like clock work. I was able to walk, sit in the sun and relax with good friends, and had no problems going through airport security (set off tons of bells and whistles though given all the metal in my body, ha ha).

I will have surgery next week on my right wrist so cross your fingers that I breeze through that as well.
