Sunday, August 3rd

Hi folks, how are you? I've been busy with physical therapy appointments and trying to organize kids for the move back out to apartments before September.

Therapy continues to go well. The right wrist is still problematic when trying to lift things of any significant weight, or use it for any length of time. I'm still doing my exercises and working on it. The legs continue to gain strength. I've worked out at the DAC (gym) a couple of times using the recumbent bike and that felt good.

We attended the Ward Insurance company picnic on Friday and that was a lot of fun. Still catching up with old friends for the occasional coffee or lunch date which is always uplifting. The good days seem to be gaining on the bad days so that's very encouraging.

Thank you all for your continued interest and support. It's hard to believe we're into the eighth month since the accident. I'm very grateful for the progress that I've made and am determined to work hard in my recovery.

Best Wishes to all.
Marta B.
