Hi Everyone, hope you're doing well. This will be a short note today as my right wrist and hand are really hurting today. Many of you email me and I'm sorry if I can't get back to you right away. I'm good for a just few emails a day given the wrist.

Still doing physical therapy and trying to walk as much as I can. Some days are better then others that's for sure. I'll keep on truckin....
