I know you are all at the edge of your seats ( Marta's at the edge of the bed ) to hear about her right arm surgery today. Well its been moved to Thursday the 10th. Nothing bad to report just moved.

Marta needing a full dose of rest will spend the next 2 days getting ready for the next round of recovery. I'll have more to report later today.

Thanks Ed

Dear Marta & Family,
Thank you very much for the frequent and informative messages on the blog. It's an absolutely super tool and we so appreciate being able to check in without troubling or tiring you.

Sounds like things are going okay. Lots of people from all over the globe are thinking about you and sending good vibes. Know it may not seem like it to you but your strength and positive attitude is an inspiration to us all.

Keep up the good healing & Go Ducks!

Ed, Emily, Thank you so much for doing this blog. I feel so far away from you all and reading about how well Marta is doing is sometimes the only bright spot in an otherwise very bleak day. I'll be glad when I can talk to her again. Sorry that the surgery was postponed but hopefully the doctors know what they are doing. They seem to have done good so far. Tony and I are both planning to be there in April and sometimes it seems like its an eternity but it will finally get here. Until then I"ll just keep checking the site morning and evening. Love and hope to you all. Aunt Kathey and Vern

This blog site is such a useful tool. Thanks so much for the regular updates Ed and Emily. We are checking at least twice a day as well as hearing from Greg and Martha. Marta is contantly on our minds and in our prayers and will continue to be. We've always known Marta to be a spunky and determined gal and she's certainly proving that to be true now.
