1-5-2007 Evening
Today we had a pretty big event, yep, a wheelchair ride. The first of many to come. It did take longer to get Marta in the chair than the ride lasted as she tired quickly. It was nice to see the smile on her face, even the hallways of Sacred Heart can be uplifting when one is in a bed for so long.
Looks like we will move to a new room tomorrow so that will probably be the big event for Sunday. I'll keep you posted.

Great news Marta is amazing and I am so glad she was able to have a change of scenery today. Can't wait for the next update Tony
So great, this is very exciting! Ed you are doing such a great job. The improvement is just remarkable and it is so wonderful to have our Marta back.
Wahoo you go Marta.. Guess our prayers are being answered. Just cannot tell you how wonderful it is to read the updates. I again thank Ed and family for thinking about all of us friends out here who hold Marta so close to our hearts. And Marta you are so lucky to have such a wonderful family there for you...Looking foward to seeing you soon.
