Just returned from the seeing Marta and I am at home with her little dog....................mutter, mutter.
Another day full of physical exercise. Marta is a little sore but in a good way. I'm amazed at how she has taken this on with such determination. I am really proud of her.
On a lighter note, I'm sure you will remember that we had the surgery on her left hand done first and it has had more time to heal. What this really means is she can work the joy stick on an electric wheelchair. I'm sure by tomorrow mid-day Marta should be racing around the rehab facility full tilt, and they said she would not drive until this summer.
Photo's tomorrow. Does anyone have a helmet she can borrow??????? NASCAR hits Riverpark.
As always thanks for the thoughts, sorry I have not returned all your calls. Some of you have called a number of times, its been busy at work and I'm just a little behind.

I gotta see this! Marta setting up races in the halls with her fellow rehab residents, very exciting. Better watch out though Ed, she may head out the door and never come back. Or grab a credit card and head in the center's van for the mall outing.....cha ching!
Hummm, what a thought racing to the mall, skip the van your already half way to the Mall. Boy you two are going to need a vacation cruise just to rest up. Talk with you soon. Cinry & Jim

Hey, sounds like you are getting closer and closer to heading home every day. Ed, how about bringing Lucy to rehab and she can chase Marta around. Give them both a little therapy!
