Well here's the Scoop. Marta has just finished her surgery and is off the post surgery recovery room. I hope to see her within the hour even if she does not remember the moment. The doctors seem very positive and believe that all went well. Confirming, yes, 5 fingers that all wiggle. There will be some restricted movement in the right wrist but in about 4-5 months all normal life activities shall be back to normal.

We have however confirmed that Marta will never be able to throw the opening pitch in a World Series Game.

By Monday Marta should be able to wave her right hand at anyone she sees.

More updates as I receive information.
