Wow, where has the time gone? I intended on writing a note days ago and just didn't get to it...forgive me.

Ed and I have had a big week. Our son Michael turned 19 on Tuesday, April 1st we had dinner with Ed's Mom (Gramma 'E'), Sister Emily, Uncle Mike, Denise, Amanda and Alyssa. A good time was had by all.

Spent quite a few hours in physical therapy and seeing John the prosthetics guy. We're getting closer in finding a "leg" that fits well.... Yahooooo

I have minor surgery on Tuesday on the left leg to remove the "hardware" on both the foot and ankle. Should be very easy from what we've been told.

I've had a nice time visiting with my family that are here for my Mom's service which will be held this coming Sunday.

Thank you for your cards, emails, and comments on the blog. While we may not be able to post information each day we will do our best to keep you updated.

For those of you that have sent me gifts over the past several months I am diligently working on thank you notes. My hand writing isn't pretty but I'll do my best to get back to all of you.
