Tuesday Eve,
Hi everyone, how are you? Well, being home is just what the doctor ordered! I've had some good friends stop by and visit the last couple of days which has been great for my spirit. I will be busy over the next few weeks (okay maybe months) in physical therapy both for the left wrist and my legs. Ed and I will see the surgeons tomorrow to see how I'm progressing. I'm feeling stronger each day as I walk around the house using my cane. I want to once again thank you all for your well wishes, prayers, etc. You have no idea what that means to me and my family. Hope you enjoyed the sun today. It was wonderful.

Hi Marta & Ed,
I love seeing you two on the couch at home again. It filled me with joy. I've been watching and reading, and hoping the best for you, from a distance, after hearing about the accident from our mutual friend Paul Neilsen. I'm rehabbing a severely broken left arm/wrist from a ski accident in November and can tell you the daily pain and effort is well worth it.... in the long run. I haven't been to Eugene for much lately except Duck football games but I will look for you at the opener on August 30th. Hope to see you there and good luck with your recovery and the rest of your life.
