Wednesday Afternoon,
A full day of therapy today ending with Marta taking a few steps with just a cane, safety belt and supervision. Pretty wobbly but its learning how to get mobile, a start.
Big meeting tomorrow with the entire therapy team. Hopefully Marta will get good reviews and we will then be able to plan a anticipated date she might be able to come home and do her therapy on a daily out patient program. This will probably be done at the Slocum building. At least she will be able to sleep in her own home.

Marta, it was very distressing to me and your other extended family members at EPD to hear news of the accident and read the difficult posts from your early days in the hospital, but look at you now! It's great to see you progressing and recovering so well. You go! You're inspirational, and we're all rooting for you and wishing you the best.
